          Shipping, Fulfillment, Returns, Exchanges

          Order Processing

            This is the time we need to process your order before it is shipped. For specific details, please see individual items. Most of our items are handmade to order, so please be patient while we make your high quality goodies! Learn more in "Order Fulfillment" below.

            When and how do we ship?
              On average, our fulfillment time is 7 business days. Stickers and bracelets may take 1-3 days while apparel and mugs can take up to 10 business days. 

              We ship to the USA, Canada, and Australia. Domestic shipments go USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International shipments may go USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on lowest cost.

              Order Fulfillment
                Our business stocks inventory of certain items around the world. From time to time, we may split and ship your order in pieces rather than as a whole. We will always try our best to fulfill and deliver your order together or as close together as possible.
                Most domestic orders will be delivered to your door within 10 business days from shipping. International orders typically deliver between 15 and 20 business days.
                From time to time we may invite other retailers to offer their goods on our web store for purchase. The retailer is solely responsible for their policies and offers to you. If for any reason you are not satisfied it is the responsibility of the Retailer to handle with you any exchanges or returns.

                Returns
                  We gladly accept returns. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the cost to return item(s). Please try to use the original packaging.
                  We do not accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

                  The following items cannot be returned:
                    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
                      • digital downloads
                      • items on sale
                      • certain items where we explicitly communicate otherwise
                        Conditions of Return
                          Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will provide a return address upon request (this way we know it's coming).
                            • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
                            • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
                            • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
                            • Please include your packing slip or receipt, or your name and order number if possible.
